• You can return items easily and free of charge within 5 business days after receiving your order.

  • For standard sizes, we do not accept exchanges unless the product arrives damaged (restrictions apply), as most of our garments are made to order. If you need a perfect fit, we recommend selecting the “Personalized” option, where you can enter your exact measurements.

  • For personalized products, made exclusively for you, a verification process is required to confirm that the return/exchange is due to an internal error by Flavante. You’ll need to send a few photos of the product being worn (your face doesn’t need to appear), and photos showing the garment measurements using a measuring tape.

  • At Flavante, we work with both fixed and limited collections. Once a model, color, or size is sold out in a limited release, we won’t produce it again. Please note that you may need to choose a different model or color of equal value if the original is no longer available.

 

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Product

  3. Reason for return/exchange

  4. If your order was personalized:

    · 3 photos of the garment being worn (front, back, and side view)

    · Photos measuring the garment with a tape measure

  • If your request is within the allowed timeframe and validated, we’ll send you a return label via email within 48 hours.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be damaged or worn. Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 20 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund. Why 20 days? Our quality team inspects each returned item to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or send a new return label for your exchange.

 

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE — MYSTERY BOX / SUBSCRIPTION

 

  • Definitions:

    • Provider: Flavante
    • Client: The individual or entity who subscribes to a monthly clothing box via recurring payment
    • Product(s): 1 mystery garment per month
    • Monthly Subscription: The Client receives one piece of clothing every month until they cancel the subscription
  • Purpose: By subscribing, the Client agrees to a recurring monthly charge until they choose to cancel.


Subscription Process:

 

  1. The Client selects a monthly plan

  2. Provides shipping and contact details

  3. Shares a Pinterest board

  4. Completes a style form provided by Flavante

  5. Schedules a video call

  6. Accepts the terms and conditions

  7. Makes the corresponding payment

 

  • Payments: Payments are charged automatically each month until cancellation. In case of a missed payment, Flavante reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service until the payment is resolved.

  • Shipping: Shipments are made monthly to the address provided during subscription. The Client is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is valid and up to date.

  • Returns & Adjustments: The Client may request adjustments if the garment fits too large or too small. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product. The Client must submit photos and videos as evidence.

  • Since each piece is a mystery, the Client fully trusts Flavante’s design proposal. No design changes will be made once the garment has been delivered.

  • Subscription Cancellation: The Client may cancel their subscription at any time. Any payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Client Responsibility: The Client must keep their contact and shipping information up to date. The Client agrees to handle the garments with care to ensure longevity.

  • Intellectual Property: All garments and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Flavante.

  • Contract Modifications: Flavante reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement, with prior notice to the Client.
