Where are you based?

We’re proudly founded and based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico — and we ship all across the country.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take between 5 and 22 business days, since most of our pieces are made to order. Some collections include limited stock available for immediate shipping (3 to 5 business days). Do you accept exchanges?

We only accept size-related exchanges if you selected the Personalized option and your piece didn’t fit. Color or style changes depend on availability — many of our pieces are limited editions, and once a model or fabric runs out, we don’t restock it. If that happens, you’ll be able to choose another color or design of equal value.

Is there an extra charge for the Personalized size?

Nope. All sizes cost the same.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do. We ship both within Mexico and internationally through envia.com. <3

 

What payment methods do you accept? Are they safe?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments through OXXO. Your purchase is protected by Conekta, PayPal, Mercado Pago, and Kueski Pay.

 

Which delivery services do you use?

We ship nationwide via FedEx, DHL and UPS, and within Guadalajara we also offer local delivery through trusted couriers.
