If you need an invoice for your purchase, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Just make sure to request it within the same month your order was placed.


To process your invoice, send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:

 

  1. Proof of tax status (RFC certificate)
  2. Email address where you’d like to receive the invoice
  3. CFDI usage code
  4. Your order number

 

Once we receive your information, we’ll send your invoice as soon as possible.
Note: We’re unable to issue invoices after the month of purchase has ended.
